“The a/c unit didn't work, the shower curtain smelled musty, there were no blackout curtains, therefore the room wasn't darkened at night and we heard all the noise from the traffic and train station. Only managed 3 hours of sleep.”

“When you advertise you have an outdoor pool, you should have a useable outdoor pool. I specifically search Expedia for an affordable hotel with a pool and selected this one based on the ad and picture. Very disappointed to learn the pool had been completely let got for what appears to be a very long time. I feel like I paid for something I didn't get. Update your pictures and stop advertising it has a pool.”

“Very beutiful spot on lake. Just off highway but very quiet. Lady who checked us in was very friendly and even came by later on to see if everything was OK. No hotel/motel has ever done that. The room was immaculate and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay here again.😀”
